Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight and displayed at checkout.
Normal delivery time: 1–5 working days from the order date.
During high season (April–September): 3–10 working days.

If a product is temporarily out of stock, it will be shipped later without extra shipping cost.
You will be notified by email in case of delays, and you always have the right to cancel the order if delivery takes too long.

For invoice purchases, a credit check is performed and a temporary credit limit is set for each order.

You can choose delivery for private customers or business customers.
We use several shipping partners, including Schenker, DHL, FedEx, UPS, and DSV.
Orders are sent to a nearby collection point.

Orders over 40 kg are delivered to your home. You will be contacted by phone on the delivery day.
Orders are delivered directly to your business address.
If an item is damaged or lost during shipping, Allbäck Linoljeprodukter AB is responsible.
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
If an item is damaged or lost when you return it, you are responsible for the cost.
Unclaimed packages will be charged for all return and handling costs (payment within 10 days).
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
We do not accept returns sent as “cash on delivery” (COD).
Refunds are made once the returned item has been received and approved.
If you paid through Klarna, the refund will be made directly to your account.
